With more than twenty years of experience in the field of Learning and Development and having designed and developed training programs in the areas of communication, leadership, management, sales and negotiation.

As a certified Wilson Learning Europe-EMEA trainer, she is involved in training interventions for business executives in countries in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. The programmes designed cover a wide range of markets including: financial institutions, telecoms & technology, retail and manufacturing.

Xenia’s previous experience is drawn from the services sector, starting with Sigma Securities (Athens Stock Exchange) and subsequently at market research firms such as ACNielsen, MRB Hellas and Centrum Research.
