About DigitalLife4All
MINDSPARK PLUS AMKE is pleased to announce its participation in the new European project “Digital Life for All”, which aims to promote digital skills, inclusion, and universal access to digital technologies.
The project focuses on developing tools, educational resources, and awareness actions so that every citizen—regardless of age, gender, or socioeconomic background—can actively participate in the digital society.
Main Objectives
-
Development of training packages for basic and advanced digital skills.
-
Creation of an accessible platform offering practical tools and best practices.
-
Promotion of social inclusion through digital participation.
-
Showcasing innovative approaches to digital education and cooperation among stakeholders.
Project Overview
The goal of DigitalLife4All is to establish a collaborative network of Digital Skills Centers across all participating regions.
The mission of these Centers is to foster continuous learning in modern digital skills and competencies for all citizens—with a special focus on vulnerable groups.
These Centers are designed to address common challenges identified both empirically and through research in the partners’ regions: the lack of digital skills among seniors, adults, people with disabilities, and vulnerable populations; the discomfort many feel when using digital tools; and the insecurity regarding digital threats.
The Digital Era is advancing rapidly but continues to leave behind parts of our societies, particularly those already at a disadvantage. This is exactly the challenge we aim to tackle:
to build resilient local infrastructures for teaching digital skills and competencies—especially to vulnerable individuals—tailored to their needs and sensitivities.
Our goal is to empower citizens from all backgrounds to use modern digital tools and services effectively and safely, improving their quality of life, enhancing employability, and supporting our shared journey toward a Smart Mediterranean Space, leaving no one behind.
All of this will be achieved through the creation of self-sustaining Digital Skills Centers and a unified Digital Education Program, delivered both in-person and online to maximize outreach.
We aim to build a **network—a Community of Practice—**dedicated to strengthening digital skills within our societies. This community will continuously and effectively disseminate modern digital competencies to citizens, stakeholders, and policymakers.
Through informal learning cycles, community engagement, and public events, DigitalLife4All seeks to establish a permanent space for digital literacy in every participating country—a space that supports digital know-how for beneficiaries and fosters lifelong learning across all social groups, including adults, seniors, people with disabilities, and those at risk of exclusion, as we move forward together in the Digital Age.
