Our infrastructure operates within the framework of certified procedures, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, for the organization of events, educational seminars, and the production of audiovisual material, while the organization has a Quality Label for the implementation of European educational and youth actions, ensuring high standards of organization, safety, and learning experience.
Our infrastructure is designed to support audiovisual production, educational and training activities, European and social projects, and collaborations with young people, professionals, and organizations.

Modern infrastructure for hosting people and ideas.
Ability to host creators, educators, and professionals in a comprehensive work and learning environment. Independent apartments, training and collaboration spaces, image and sound studios, and a digital innovation center form the canvas for individual and collective creation.
The dynamic accommodation capacity is 25 people with 7 apartments on the 3rd floor of the collaboration space.
Studio & Technical Infrastructure
Mindspark Plus has comprehensive studio and post-production facilities designed to support professional and educational audiovisual productions. The facilities operate complementarily, covering high-quality audio recording, editing, mixing, and digital content creation in a controlled and functional environment.
Vocal Booth (Vocal Box)
Mindspark Plus has an independent Vocal Booth (Vocal Box), specially designed and fully soundproofed, for voice recordings, voice-overs, narration, and dialogue recording. The space is designed for high-quality audio recordings and operates in direct connection with the production studio, offering visual contact between the performer and the sound engineer and the possibility of real-time guidance.
The vocal booth supports both professional and educational uses, ensuring a controlled acoustic environment and reliable results for content production, educational projects, and European initiatives.

Mindspark Plus has organized editing and digital creation stations equipped to support all stages of digital content processing. The stations cover video and audio editing, basic motion graphics, graphic design, and digital project material needs, operating in both professional and educational contexts.
They are used for production as well as for practical training and mentoring of young creators, supporting learning through practice and collaborative creation.

Spaces for cooperation & work
Mindspark Plus has multiple, multifunctional workshop and collaboration spaces, distributed across the ground floor and mezzanine, which can be dynamically adapted to the needs of each activity.
The spaces host educational activities, creative workshops, project meetings, group work, and presentations, operating both independently and in combination. The flexible layout allows different groups and activities to be hosted simultaneously, supporting collaborative learning, co-creation, and knowledge exchange in a professional and educational context.
🚀 Digital Innovation Center
Mindspark Plus is implementing a pilot collaboration with the youth organization “System & Generation” to host a “Digital Innovation Center.” This initiative aims to combine Mindspark+’s experience in audiovisual creation with System & G’s experience in youth education, based on the long-term operation of the Komotini Digital Youth Center.
Through the combined use of infrastructure and technological equipment, the Digital Innovation Center upgrades its activities by combining audiovisual creation with 3D printing and VR technologies, supporting educational activities, experimentation, and applied innovation.
Studio & Space equipment
Studio (Sound & Video)
The studio equipment supports all stages of production and post-production and includes cameras for interviews, documentaries, and digital content; professional lighting (key, fill, backlight); microphones (lapel, shotgun, vocals recorder), recording, mixing & monitoring equipment, tripods, stabilizers, and basic rigging systems.
The equipment is used for podcasts & videocasts, educational content, documentaries, social campaigns, etc.
Workshop Space
The training and collaboration room is equipped for seminars, workshops, and presentations, digital skills and audiovisual training, project meetings, and group work.
The equipment supports presentations and pitching, interactive learning, hybrid and collaborative processes.
