Having worked in the competitive and fast-paced technology and petrochemicals industry, Leda understands the demands, complexity and issues facing executives in today’s ever-changing business environment. While leadership is the lens through which she views her approach to coaching, she also focuses on the impact and influence of physical presence, strong communication/narrative, recruiting and developing high performing teams, and navigating critical interpersonal relationships.
Her involvement in areas such as emotional intelligence, executive presence, relational intelligence (the neuroscience of building more trust), etc., make her a versatile coach for many types of leaders.
Supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, she has served as an advisor and mentor to several VC funds helping startups and disruptive early-stage technology companies. Her clients (but not limited to) include Microsoft, BP, S&B Minerals, Mattel, Inc., Raycap. Heidrick & Struggles, Bosch Siemens, Stanford Medical School Div. of Gastroenterology, Innovation Accelerator, Museum of Cycladic Art.
Leda holds a Bachelor of Law from Aristotle University, an MSc in Business Communication from Boston University and an MSc in Executive Coaching from the University of Texas, Dallas School of Management. She holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation (P.C.C. certification). With dual US/EU citizenship, he has worked and lived in Boston, San Francisco, London, Athens and Dubai.
