Leda’s career spans over 25 years of global executive experience in international management, public affairs, and strategic philanthropy, building alliances with institutional stakeholders, leading academic/private partnerships projects at Stanford Business School, and working with Fortune 50 companies such as BP and Microsoft, collaborating with both physical and virtual teams in multiple countries.
Having worked in the competitive and fast paced technology and petrochemicals industry, Leda understands the demands, complexities, and problems executives are faced with in today’s ever-changing business environment. While leadership is the lens with which she views her coaching approach, she also focuses on executive presence, powerful communication/storytelling, hiring and developing high performing teams, and navigating critical interpersonal relationships. Her deep dive into areas such as emotional intelligence, executive presence, relational intelligence (the neuroscience of creating more trust) etc. make her a versatile coach for many types of leaders.
Supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, she has been an advisor and mentor in multiple VC funds helping startup ventures and disruptive early-stage technology enterprises. Leda has earned an LL.B. in Jurisprudence from Aristotelian University Law School (Greece), an MSc in Communication from Boston University and an Executive Coaching Graduate degree from University of Texas, Dallas School of Management, accredited as Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (P.C.C. credential). A dual US/EU citizen, she has worked and lived in Boston, San Francisco, London, Athens and Dubai.
